Description:

Owner of Dozen Bakery and USN alumna CLAIRE MENEELY, together with Dozen Bakery's lead baker KATE RICHI, will introduce students to the art form of making long-fermented sourdough bread from start to finish. Students in this hands-on class will leave with their own sourdough starter from Dozen Bakery. This starter is originally from France and has been active for over 100 years. Age 21 and up.
