430 - Cooking With Fish: Weeknight Meals

This class is all about making one-pan meals with fish being the key ingredient. CHARLES HUNTER III of The Salted Table presents a menu of cod stew, trout & grits, and salmon pasta. Chef Charles will also share a family fish dish his great grandmother used to make for breakfast. Age 21 and up.
