"If I knew dying was going to be this much fun, I would have done it long ago!" said a friend of Carolyn Coleman's after four days of giving away her beloved artworks. Join death Doula and conscious dying educator CAROLYN COLEMAN for an interactive conversation on how death in America has disappeared, and why knowing you are dying can help you live your best life. Dying Well Part I will introduce you to the importance of reflecting upon death as a means of living. Part II will give you the tools to act on those reflections.

A native Nashvillian, Carolyn Coleman an End of Life Doula (death doula) and is training to become a certified Conscious Dying Educator, both through the Conscious Dying Institute in Boulder, Colorado. She is also the priest at Saint David's Episcopal Church in West Meade, faculty seminarian mentor at Vanderbilt Divinity School and the School of Theology at University of the South, and Vandy Div. certified Homiletic Peer Coach. With two degrees in the study of Comparative Religions, many years facilitating adult education forums on tricky topics, Carolyn has a wide breadth of knowledge of different religious traditions and a passion in general for what the human religious imagination can dream up.
